The Azolla Cooking and Cultivation Project at Stockholm Culture Festival (2010)

[Azolla Kitchen and Azolla Cultivation at Stockholm Culture Festival 2010.]

At “Upp till Kamping”, a one day park event at Stockholm Culture Festival 2010, The Azolla Cooking and Cultivation Project was presented in the form of a temporary outdoor Azolla kitchen and Azolla cultivation, through which visitors could see and touch Azolla and taste Azolla balls and Azolla burgers. Azolla was also introduced as fodder to hens who arrived to the park in a mobile hen house.
